I was a “Good Christian”. . .
Who went to work, served faithfully in my local church and regularly supported my community. I enjoyed what I did, but there was an inner knowing that I was made for more.
For many years I thought that the life that I desired was made for someone else.
I had big dreams but convinced myself that only certain people could realize their dreams, and I was NOT one of them.
Then I was introduced to coaching.
Coaching helped me to discover how marvelously different, capable and resourceful I am. It helped me to create concrete action steps to fulfill my dreams. Coaching helped me develop the mindset to live authentically, risk courageously and act intentionally.

Beryl M. Miller, MSW, LCSW
Beryl Miller is the CEO of MasterPlan Life Coaching, LLC where she assists individuals, groups and organizations in maximizing their potential through coaching, training and consulting. She also is the Chief Training Officer for Paradigm 360º Coach Training where she works with a team to develop and train leaders and professional coaches.
Beryl received her B.A. degree in Sociology and Speech Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina at Columbia, and her executive leadership coaching certification from Paradigm 360º. She is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Beryl is a licensed clinical social worker and has been a professional mental health counselor for over 20 years. She is currently employed in the public school system and is a minister in her local church. Beryl enjoys spending time with her family, practicing a healthy lifestyle, creative writing and public speaking.
